We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. All promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Please note there will be a 10CHF shipping and restocking fee for refunds, but exchange requests are free!
